Strong and Flexy

This conditioning class is designed to get you strong and flexible. We will do several exercises using the pole that will focus on strength and toning your muscles. Every class will end with an intense stretch session to help students increase flexibility and get into those splits. After taking these classes, students will be prepared to learn how to climb and invert! Bring a yoga mat to class!
